Every project, start to finish
We design it.
We install it.
We keep it thriving.
Most projects begin one of two ways. Either you are building or renovating and want greenery designed into the space from the start, or you already have plants and no one is keeping them healthy. We do both.

We design it first.
You decide after.
Our designers read the light, the layout, and your brand, then build a plan you can see before you commit. The consultation and the full design deck cost you nothing. Most companies in this industry charge for both.
Plant Programs
Commercial Plant Services
Where most projects start. Our horticulturists assess light, traffic, and layout, then design, install, and maintain on a set schedule. Rent or purchase. If a plant declines under contract, we replace it at no cost to you.

Plant Programs
Plant Maintenance
Trained horticultural technicians on a fixed schedule: watering, pruning, cleaning, and pest management. Our technicians stay with us 10 to 12 years, so the same person knows your building season after season instead of a new face every quarter.
Plant Programs
Takeovers
An unresponsive vendor. Tired plants. A program built cheap the first time. We assess what can be saved, rebuild what cannot, and take over service with no upfront cleanup fee. You will see the difference within 30 days.

Plant Programs
Rental Programs
$150 to $250 per month with no setup fee and maintenance built into the monthly cost. The right fit for leased offices, defined budgets, and teams that want to start with one floor and expand from there.
Plant Programs
Commercial Installations
Custom design for new builds, renovations, and expansions. We work directly with architects and general contractors, provide submittals, and design to WELL and LEED requirements from the first drawing rather than adding them at the end.

Design Features
Living Walls
The signature piece, and the one most often done poorly. A vertical install that photographs beautifully on day one thins out by month eight without the right irrigation and structure behind it. Ours are engineered for longevity and maintained on contract.
Design Features
Moss Art
No light. No irrigation. Full visual impact. Preserved moss features work in interior corridors, windowless conference rooms, and anywhere live plants have already failed once. Low maintenance cost, high design return.

Design Features
Replica Plants
High-end artificial plantings for windowless rooms, high ceilings, and areas service crews cannot reach safely. Specified and installed to the same design standard as our live work.

Outdoor and Seasonal
Urban Landscapes
Exterior plantings for entrances, patios, rooftops, and courtyards. The first impression starts before anyone reaches the door, so we design and maintain the outside of your property with the same attention we give the inside.
Outdoor and Seasonal
Rotationals
Orchids, poinsettias, and custom arrangements swapped on a recurring schedule so reception, executive floors, and lobbies stay photo-ready through every season.

Outdoor and Seasonal
Holiday Decorating
Turnkey holiday design for commercial spaces. We build a custom theme, install it, remove it, and store it until next year. The fastest way to give a lobby a moment.
Replica Plants
Our longest-running client has been with us for 25 years
This industry has a retention problem. A vendor wins the install, service slips a few months in, the plants thin out, and the client starts shopping again by year two. Our accounts do not run that way. We have been doing this for 45 years, and the reasons clients stay are mostly unglamorous ones.
- Our technicians stay 10 to 12 years, so the person servicing your property truly knows it.
- Full consultation and a complete visual deck at no charge before you spend a dollar.
- Designed around your light, in planters and moss walls we build in-house.
- Submittals, WELL and LEED alignment from the first drawing, and CEU-accredited training.
- Maintenance included, free replacements under contract, and 10% or more off across multiple properties.

FAQS
What does it cost to get started?
Rental programs run $150 to $250 per month with no setup fee and maintenance included in the monthly cost. Purchase pricing depends on the size of the space and the design. Either way, the consultation and the full design deck are free, so you will see exactly what you are buying and what it costs before you commit to anything.
What happens if a plant dies?
We replace it at no cost to you for as long as your maintenance contract is active. That is the point of keeping design and care under one vendor. Nobody is arguing over whether the plant was specified wrong or watered wrong, because both are our responsibility.
Our space has almost no natural light. Will anything survive?
Usually yes, and we will tell you honestly if the answer is no. Our horticulturists take light readings during the walkthrough and design around what the space can actually support. For interior corridors, windowless conference rooms, and high ceilings where live plants have already failed once, preserved moss features and high-end replica plantings give you the visual impact with no light and no irrigation.
We already have a plant vendor. How difficult is it to switch?
Not difficult. We assess your existing installation, tell you what is worth saving, and rebuild the rest. There is no upfront cleanup fee and no gap in service between vendors. Most clients see a visible difference within 30 days.
Do you work with architects and general contractors on new construction?
Regularly. We provide submittals, design to WELL and LEED requirements from the first drawing, and coordinate with the build team through installation. We are also certified trainers through Green Plants for Green Buildings, so we run CEU-accredited sessions for design firms that want to specify biophilic elements correctly.
