Willow Oaks Corporate Center needed a dynamic rooftop plant program that would provide visual appeal throughout the year while withstanding the unique challenges of an exposed exterior environment. The Treehouse Rooftop location required plants that could thrive in full sun exposure, handle wind and temperature fluctuations, and deliver consistent color and impact across all four seasons.

Interior Plantscapes was selected to design, install, and maintain a comprehensive exterior plantscape program featuring seasonal color rotations. We developed a plant palette that balances year-round structure from evergreen shrubs with rotating displays of flowering and trailing annuals that change with the seasons.

Our team installed a layered design using Boxwood for evergreen structure, Spirea shrubs for seasonal interest, and accent plants including Dracaena and Cordyline for architectural height and texture. The seasonal rotation program features spring and summer displays with trailing Petunias and Calibrachoa cascading from planters, complemented by vibrant Impatiens, Geraniums, and Begonias for continuous color.

Fall and winter rotations maintain visual interest with cold-hardy selections appropriate to the season. All plantings are selected specifically for their ability to perform in exposed rooftop conditions with varying sun, wind, and moisture levels.

Our maintenance team services the installation regularly throughout the year, managing seasonal transitions, ensuring proper irrigation, and replacing any plantings as needed to keep the rooftop display looking fresh and vibrant. The program delivers a professional, welcoming outdoor environment for the corporate center year-round.
