T. Rowe Price needed a comprehensive plant program for their Harbor Point headquarters that would create consistent biophilic presence across 15 floors spanning two towers. The challenge was coordinating installations in lobbies, executive boardrooms, conference rooms, and employee lounges while maintaining design continuity.

Interior Plantscapes designed and installed over 1,400 plants in sizes ranging from 4-inch tabletop varieties to 14-inch statement specimens. The program includes built-in planters integrated with architectural millwork, freestanding floor planters in executive areas, and custom conference table planters. We coordinated with building management to stage installations floor by floor, minimizing disruption to operations.

Key installations include the Level 1 lobby cafe with M-shaped and S-shaped built-in planters, executive boardroom installations on Level 7, and theater-style planters in east hallway gathering spaces. Conference rooms feature tabletop succulent programs with Sansevieria Black Coral, while huddle lounges showcase Dracaena Green Jewel. All planters were topped with preserved green sheet moss.
