Skyline Building 1 needed a complete biophilic transformation across resident amenity spaces. The challenge was creating a cohesive plant program serving multiple high-traffic areas with varying light conditions and functional requirements across the lobby, coworking space, game lounge, and garage level dog park.
Interior Plantscapes designed a solution blending 82 live tropical plants, 165 square feet of custom replica foliage walls, and preserved moss features. Live plants include Phoenix Roebellini palms, Schefflera Trinette specimens, and Ficus Benjamina standards in lobby and elevator areas. Built-in planters feature layered designs using Aglaonema varieties, ZZ plants, and trailing Pothos with waterproof membrane protection throughout.
The coworking space features a grid plant wall system using client-owned laminate planters filled with replica Pothos and Tradescantia. Near the main entrance, we fabricated 165 square feet of custom replica foliage walls flanking the double doors. Column metalwork features coordinated replica vines. The preserved moss signage installation near the restroom demonstrates our custom fabrication capabilities. The dog park features replica Schefflera trees and Pothos plantings around concrete columns.
